Event Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Planning Manager to oversee event coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for group business and coordinate all aspects of events
• Generate revenue by promoting and selling engaging Miraval experiences
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage event logistics including scheduling and communication

Required Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in hotel event management or a similar role
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a 4-5 star hotel sales environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures
