Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution and on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage client relationships and provide clear communication regarding roles, responsibilities, and budgets
• Develop and manage project budgets while overseeing coordination with internal parties on invoices and vendor payments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven event production experience
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
• Extraordinary organizational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of technical knowledge related to permitting, fabrication, and AV production
