Job Summary

Supporting the Event Production team in a hybrid role, the Event Production Consultant will manage corporate events, conferences, and trade shows while coordinating vendors, designing event materials, and ensuring brand representation over a 12-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the branded merchandise microsite and recognition programs, collaborating with suppliers and internal partners
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Client-sponsored events, ensuring high-quality experiences and marketing assets
  • Conceptualize and produce event marketing materials, including digital graphics, presentations, and branded merchandise
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, events, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, creative production, or communications
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for the full project lifecycle
