Job Summary
Bridging creative design and operational execution, the part-time Event Production & Brand Activation Specialist will manage the production of high-quality event assets, oversee brand merchandise, and lead event logistics in a hybrid role based in Hartford, CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print event assets, managing the print production process from vendor bidding to quality control
- Optimize the Travelers Online Store, manage recognition programs, and collaborate with suppliers on inventory logistics
- Lead operational logistics for tradeshows and events, including setup and staffing, while managing pre- and post-event materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in event marketing, creative production, or brand communications
- Portfolio demonstrating basic to intermediate graphic design capabilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Experience with print production processes and project management tools is a plus
