Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Program & Speaker Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and curate educational programming for events such as PMXPO and Global Summit
Manage speaker processes and develop event programs for both virtual and in-person formats
Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and marketing teams to enhance event design and customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in event programming and speaker management
3-5 years' experience leading virtual events (familiarity with platforms like Notified, Airmeet, Zoom is a plus)
