Event Programs Manager

Job Summary

To grow and scale developer community initiatives and industry event programs, the full-time remote Event Programs Manager will manage community programs, support industry event activations, and develop scalable frameworks for Supabase's events.

Key responsibilities

• Scale developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons globally while coordinating community events around major industry gatherings
• Support Supabase's presence at key conferences and collaborate on co-hosted events with partners
• Build playbooks and frameworks for community programs, identifying opportunities to standardize and scale successful initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs, or partner marketing
• Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to travel for events as needed
