Job Summary
To support the planning and execution of internal technical programs and events, the full-time Event Project Manager will manage project plans, coordinate team communication, and ensure alignment across initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Technology Excellence programs and events
- Facilitate team communication and status tracking to ensure updates and decisions are progressing on schedule
- Build strong collaborative relationships across stakeholders to foster alignment and effective teamwork
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate differing communication and working styles
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus
