Job Summary
Providing consultative services to a curated set of clients, the full-time Event Project Manager will oversee the entire event project life cycle, ensuring accurate setup, troubleshooting software challenges, and guiding clients in utilizing products effectively while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the event project life cycle, including initial configuration and iterative changes
- Consult and train clients on software usage, ensuring they leverage available resources
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to assess client health and identify upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of client-facing work experience
- Knowledge of the trade show industry and/or professional associations
- Strong technical and business requirements writing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
