Event Setup Specialist

Job Summary

Evaluating incoming documents and data, the full-time Event Setup Specialist will update patient files in AcciClaim, identify insurance leads, and determine appropriate next steps while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data to identify leads and relevant information for event processing
• Enter new information into patient records and synthesize available data to determine next steps
• Maintain confidentiality of information and achieve production standards and QA requirements consistently

Required qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with minimal errors
• Ability to process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently
• Working knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy
• Proficiency in computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
