Event Setup Specialist

Job Summary

Evaluating incoming documents and data, the full-time Event Setup Specialist will update patient files, identify leads, and determine appropriate next steps while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data to identify leads and relevant information for event management
• Enter new information into patient records and synthesize data to determine additional needs
• Achieve production standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 WPM with minimal errors
• Highly organized with the ability to follow systematic methods for task completion
• Working knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
