Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Specialist to coordinate customer visits and assist in large-scale sales events.

Key Responsibilities

• Book reservations for VIP customers, including accommodations and transportation
• Travel to remote event locations to oversee event execution and vendor management
• Manage multiple projects related to meeting/event planning and ensure logistical details are effectively planned

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Event Planning, Hospitality, or Travel
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Evening and weekend availability required as needed, with 20% travel to event locations
