Event Staffing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a nationwide experiential staffing initiative, the remote Event Staffing Specialist will own the end-to-end staffing strategy for events, source and interview talent, and manage operations to ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the staffing strategy for events and client projects, making key hiring and deployment decisions
• Source, interview, and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent, aligning candidates with opportunities
• Manage event staffing operations from booking through execution, ensuring readiness and real-time problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent operations
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to independently assess candidates in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interviewing and talent evaluation abilities
• Experience managing projects or coordinating teams
• Proficiency with workforce management and collaboration tools or ability to quickly learn new systems
