- Support strategic planning and execution of event operations in collaboration with leadership
- Optimize processes and manage resources, including budget oversight and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage vendor partnerships and program operations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing/sales operations, particularly with speaker programs and compliance processes
- Proficiency in digital tools and systems, including MS Suite and Veeva
- Project management and training experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Cross-functional team leadership experience with a results-driven mindset
