Job Summary
Highly organized and operationally minded, the full-time Event Support Lead will manage the shared event support function for the Global Skilling external events portfolio, creating scalable operating systems to enhance event quality and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own event staffing strategy, including recruitment, training, and post-event feedback
- Manage the central events calendar and portfolio operating rhythm, including readiness trackers and dashboards
- Coordinate landing pages, reporting inputs, and SWAG strategy in partnership with vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, program/project management, or corporate education
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 1+ year of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in event operations or marketing operations for large-scale portfolios
- Proficient in organizational and systems-building skills, including managing calendars and dashboards
- Experience coordinating staffing and training for event teams and vendors
