Job Summary

Highly organized and operationally minded, the full-time Event Support Lead will manage the shared event support function for the Global Skilling external events portfolio, creating scalable operating systems to enhance event quality and execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Own event staffing strategy, including recruitment, training, and post-event feedback
  • Manage the central events calendar and portfolio operating rhythm, including readiness trackers and dashboards
  • Coordinate landing pages, reporting inputs, and SWAG strategy in partnership with vendors
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, program/project management, or corporate education
  • OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 1+ year of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event operations or marketing operations for large-scale portfolios
  • Proficient in organizational and systems-building skills, including managing calendars and dashboards
  • Experience coordinating staffing and training for event teams and vendors
