Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs end-to-end, guiding all phases from discovery to launch and optimization
• Continuously discover and assess emerging and AI-driven technologies for integration into programs
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technology challenges, providing leadership and direction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex event technology teams and delivering solutions
• Hands-on expertise across the event technology ecosystem, including various platforms and tools
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information
• Experience operating in high-visibility situations with senior stakeholders
• Prior experience in an agency or client-services environment is highly preferred
