Event Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Technology Manager to manage the technical ecosystem for impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, execution, and maintenance of events within Cvent, including registration, agenda management, and attendee hub setup
• Liaise with event stakeholders and vendors to ensure technical aspects of events are functional and user-friendly
• Collect and analyze event performance data to measure success and suggest improvements for future events

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in event technology or digital event operations
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cvent
• Experience with event technology integrations with CRM and marketing platforms
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and virtual event tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
