Event Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Event Technology Specialist who will provide expertise in event registration solutions and support clients in achieving their project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with event stakeholders to deliver optimal technology solutions based on event requirements
• Gather and document requirements, manage project timelines, and communicate changes impacting delivery
• Configure client websites and mobile apps, troubleshoot issues, and support the Customer Xperience team

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the meeting and event industry is preferred
• Demonstrated technical and analytical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of event registration tools and mobile apps preferred
