Job Summary

To execute innovative event vehicle experiences for a global beverage company, the part-time Event Vehicle Operator will manage logistics, serve as a brand ambassador, and ensure vehicle maintenance while working remotely in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event vehicle activation schedules based on regional priorities and manage end-to-end logistics for event operations
• Contribute to strategic planning by leveraging knowledge of local sports, music, and gaming cultures to optimize vehicle usage
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness, ensuring reliability and safety for all events

Required qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with business communication platforms
• Experience in managing event logistics and a strong understanding of brand activation
• Ability to adapt to fluid situations with a proactive and resourceful approach
