Event Vetter

Job Summary

To support the Digital Organizing department, the part-time Event Vetter will review and approve event submissions remotely, ensuring compliance with organizational standards while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Review and vet event submissions on the national Mobilize dashboard, meeting established hourly processing metrics
• Ensure submitted events meet organizational standards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with event guidelines
• Communicate with event hosts to resolve issues and provide guidance on event submissions

Required qualifications

• Understanding of the Indivisible or No Kings movement
• Working knowledge of Mobilize, Google Suite, EveryAction, and Slack
• Experience with event coordination, volunteer management, or similar operational work
• Ability to meet established per-hour event vetting metrics
• Availability to work flexible and irregular hours, including during surge periods
