Event Webinar Producer

Job Summary

To support a technology client on a long-term contract, the mid-level Event Webinar Producer will manage the execution of virtual events, including live webinars and town halls, in a fully remote role with flexible hours averaging 25 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the virtual events production calendar and drive the creation of live, recorded, and on-demand event content
• Create comprehensive event project plans and conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners and technical vendors
• Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget while managing video assets on online streaming platforms

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience organizing and producing online events or live streaming productions
• Technical experience with webinar platforms, specifically Zoom, and knowledge of other platforms like Adobe Connect or Webex
• 3+ years managing live or recorded videos in digital asset management systems or web applications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project management experience delivering virtual events on time and on budget
