Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Events & Commercial to lead their competitive events ecosystem and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the competitive event ecosystem and broadcast operations, ensuring high-quality production and strategic direction
• Develop and implement commercial strategies for events, driving brand partnerships and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Manage the Events & Commercial P&L, including budget management and resource allocation, while leading a team of senior operators

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in events, sports media, esports, or digital entertainment with leadership responsibility
• Proven track record in online competitive programming and digital-first event production
• Experience overseeing broadcast operations and maintaining quality standards
• Strong background in building and closing commercial deals that integrate events and brand partnerships
• Deep expertise in digital advertising and direct sales to large brands
