Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time, remote Events and Culture Manager will design and deliver meaningful employee experiences, plan company-wide offsites, and manage celebrations while fostering a culture of inclusivity and connection.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute company offsites and team-specific events, managing logistics and ensuring inclusive participation
  • Develop and run celebrations for work anniversaries and key milestones, creating scalable processes for recognition
  • Measure and improve employee engagement through pulse surveys and feedback collection, synthesizing insights for program enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or culture building, with at least 2 years focused on event logistics
  • 2+ years in a role with significant culture-building impact
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical environments, or mission-driven organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with learning and development program design and instructional content creation is a plus
