Job Summary
To drive qualified demand and pipeline growth, the full-time remote Events and Demand Generation Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs, focusing on event marketing and demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email and webinars
- Lead the strategy and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, ensuring high standards and alignment with sales goals
- Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in demand generation and event marketing
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Constant Contact
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and derive actionable insights
