Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the flagship user conference, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and measurable business outcomes
• Design and implement scalable event systems and playbooks for future global experiences
• Manage event execution, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale conference production
• Proven experience owning and scaling flagship events or user conferences with 1,000+ attendees
• Strong track record of delivering events tied to pipeline, revenue, or community growth
• Deep expertise in event operations, vendor management, and production
• Data-driven mindset with experience in event reporting and ROI measurement
