Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement, the full-time remote Assistant Director, Events will manage a comprehensive portfolio of recognition and cultivation events, ensuring projects are executed within budget and on time while collaborating with faculty and leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage operations and programs within the Division of Philanthropy
  • Serve as a super user of databases and reporting tools, demonstrating expertise in data management
  • Independently handle correspondence, reports, and presentations related to event functions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of development databases and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data for decision-making
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
