Job Summary
Supporting the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, the part-time Events Coordinator will manage logistics for over 30 events annually while collaborating with multiple business units to enhance the Summit brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and internal meetings
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee event-related services, including catering and transportation
- Build and maintain event timelines, budgets, and project trackers to ensure smooth execution
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or related programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event/project management tools
- Experience supporting virtual or hybrid events using platforms like Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel for events as needed (approximately 15%)
