Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events & Audience Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics for 10-15 annual events, including venue sourcing and management
• Build guest lists and coordinate audience engagement to ensure attendance growth
• Develop an event calendar and manage project planning, including pre-event meetings and operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in event planning, operations, or community engagement roles
• Proven ability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder events
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently
• Experience with event management tools and platforms like Eventbrite and Google Suite
• Experience in audience engagement strategies to ensure event attendance
