Events Lead

Job Summary

Events Lead, a full-time position responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a high-impact events program that enhances brand visibility and builds industry relationships within the clean energy finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for over 50 events annually, including vendor coordination and team attendance
• Support the planning and execution of Crux-branded experiences and co-hosted partner events
• Oversee swag and gifting management, ensuring timely delivery and brand representation

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing in high-growth or B2B settings
• Experience in finance or clean energy industries with knowledge of their event landscapes
• Based in NYC or DC with the ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing multiple events simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
