Events Lead

Job Summary

Experienced events leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Events Lead, responsible for designing and delivering executive-caliber experiences that enhance brand sophistication and drive strategic advantages through high-impact events.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage Neara's executive summits, flagship conference presence, and curated customer gatherings end-to-end
• Elevate the brand's physical presence and ensure sophisticated, conversation-worthy event experiences
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure alignment and flawless execution

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, particularly with executive-level gatherings and high-profile conferences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to build and maintain detailed event plans
• Experience in creating premium marketing materials and cohesive brand presentations for events
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Demonstrated success in shaping event agendas that align with commercial goals and narratives
