Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of key events, the full-time remote Events Manager will manage national and regional trade shows, the annual Sales Kickoff, and customer engagement events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for national and regional trade shows, including vendor coordination and budgeting
- Oversee the planning and execution of the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and gather post-event feedback
- Coordinate the webinar program to align with marketing campaigns and engage targeted audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in event management and project coordination
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams
- Proficient in project management and event planning tools, with experience managing a $600K+ budget
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
