Job Summary

To drive pipeline growth and enhance brand visibility, the full-time remote Events Marketing Manager will design, plan, and execute a variety of hosted, virtual, and third-party in-person events while collaborating closely with the Director of Events Marketing.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned in-person events, including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Implement lead capture strategies and manage data hygiene to optimize event outcomes
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future planning
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing or related roles with both in-person and virtual execution
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and vendor relationships
  • Experience in designing event plans and executing across various event formats
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and generate actionable insights
