Job Summary

Detail-driven and data-savvy, the remote Events Operations Specialist will manage event data, optimize registration experiences, and drive operational excellence for national events while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and reporting readiness
• Support the planning and execution of large-scale national events, coordinating timelines and workflows
• Analyze event performance metrics and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in event operations, marketing operations, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Cvent
• Experience managing projects in monday.com or similar tools
