Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events & Partnerships Producer to enhance visibility and influence through strategic events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a speaking CRM and pitch relevant events and media outlets
• Produce curated VIP dinners and manage event logistics and attendee engagement
• Track KPIs and provide performance reports while testing new partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in event production, partnerships, or field marketing
• Track record of booking and producing successful speaking or VIP events
• Confident negotiator with a growth-marketing mindset
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage senior-level audiences
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and tight deadlines
