Key Responsibilities

• Support the site search process and preparation of options for brand leadership
• Manage detailed project plans, program of events, and budget guidelines for event execution
• Coordinate logistics and vendor management to ensure quality and brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of industry experience
• Project management experience
• Collaborative vendor management experience
• Ability to travel to events four to six times a year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of Monday.com
