Events Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events Project Manager, Brand Creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for print and digital asset production
• Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring milestones are met across all deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or events environment
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assets
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelines
• Solid understanding of creative production processes, including print specifications and approval workflows
