Events Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events Project Manager to oversee the execution of virtual and in-person events.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, including roundtables, webinars, and conferences
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery
• Track and report on event performance and operational metrics for post-event analysis

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in event execution, event operations, or project management roles
• Proven experience executing virtual and in-person events end-to-end
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues, A/V production, and event logistics
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a startup environment
