Job Summary
To support the execution of major industry events, the part-time Events Project Manager will orchestrate trade show program delivery, govern project scopes using Adobe Workfront, and mitigate operational risks while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end trade show program delivery for high-quality execution and budget optimization
- Govern cross-functional project scopes and resource allocation within Adobe Workfront
- Mitigate operational risks through proactive forecasting and stakeholder consensus building
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive project management experience in a creative agency ecosystem
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Workfront, including advanced dashboards and reporting tools
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale corporate trade shows and industry events
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent expert work experience
- Exceptional diplomacy and team motivation capabilities
