Events Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of major industry events, the part-time Events Project Manager will orchestrate trade show program delivery, govern project scopes using Adobe Workfront, and mitigate operational risks while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end trade show program delivery for high-quality execution and budget optimization
• Govern cross-functional project scopes and resource allocation within Adobe Workfront
• Mitigate operational risks through proactive forecasting and stakeholder consensus building

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive project management experience in a creative agency ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Workfront, including advanced dashboards and reporting tools
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale corporate trade shows and industry events
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expert work experience
• Exceptional diplomacy and team motivation capabilities
