A company is looking for an Evictions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Local Counsels' activity during the eviction process
• Provide assistance by obtaining necessary information and documents for timely eviction file completion
• Manage Local Counsel and ensure best in class service through regular updates and communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Office experience preferred
• Understanding of eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous customer service background required
