Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of eviction cases, the hybrid Evictions Specialist will monitor local counsel activities, ensure timely completion of eviction files, and maintain regular communication with involved parties while working both remotely and onsite in Roswell, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the eviction process, including timeline management and document preparation
• Provide regular updates to clients and collaborate with local counsel throughout the eviction process
• Submit invoices timely and ensure compliance with firm policies

Required qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Prior eviction or default knowledge is a plus
• Office experience preferred
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
