EVM Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Deltek Cobra Earned Value Management (EVM) Implementation Lead to work remotely for six months, responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Deltek Cobra to support Earned Value Management in compliance with ANSI/EIA-748, focusing on cost/schedule integration and government reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the implementation lead for Deltek Cobra, managing the end-to-end configuration and rollout of the EVM solution
• Document cost, EVM, and reporting requirements from functional users and subject matter experts
• Design and configure Cobra structures and support integration with scheduling and accounting systems for accurate reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of project controls or Earned Value Management experience, including 4 years implementing Deltek Cobra
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles and ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines
• Experience configuring Cobra structures and integrating with scheduling tools like Primavera P6
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into a configured application solution
