A company is looking for an EVP, Investor Relations & Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategy for long-term value creation and external communication
• Build and nurture relationships with investors, analysts, and strategic partners
• Lead corporate development initiatives and evaluate growth opportunities across brands and markets

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investor relations, corporate development, or strategic finance
• Proven success in shaping company narratives for investors and strategic partners
• Background in corporate development, business development, or investment banking preferred
• Experience with multi-channel business models, including B2C and B2B
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
