Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exam Administration Coordinator to assist exam candidates throughout the exam delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to candidates during the examination delivery process
  • Manage special accommodations exam appointments and ensure adverse action investigations are processed according to program standards
  • Document and maintain records of all client, candidate, and test center interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience with CRM/database applications is a plus
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office products
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
