Job Summary
A company is looking for an Exam Administration Coordinator to assist exam candidates throughout the exam delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to candidates during the examination delivery process
- Manage special accommodations exam appointments and ensure adverse action investigations are processed according to program standards
- Document and maintain records of all client, candidate, and test center interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM/database applications is a plus
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office products
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
