Exception Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Exception Desk Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for reviewing guideline exception requests, managing communications across departments, and assisting with product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and disposition guideline exception requests
• Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) in communications between departments
• Document and update exception desk policies and procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
• Minimum of five years' work experience in the mortgage industry or a related field
• Experience with Non-QM mortgages, preferred
• Encompass software experience, preferred
