Exception Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage and update insurance data and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies and updating loan files
• Process and track incoming documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Review and update insurance documents, ensuring they are matched correctly to loan files

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two (2) years of data entry, customer service, or related experience in a mortgage, insurance, or banking environment preferred
• Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
• Able to type 35 WPM accurately
