Exception Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage and update insurance data and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by contacting insurance agencies to obtain necessary information
• Process and track incoming documentation according to departmental policies
• Review and verify loan information against source documents to ensure accuracy of incoming document exceptions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field in mortgage, insurance, or banking preferred
• Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Able to type 35 WPM accurately
