Exception Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exception Specialist II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate trip data input and resolution according to service guidelines
• Investigate and provide solutions on benefit utilization issues and manage denial and appeal processes
• Provide outreach and support to members and assist other specialists with various requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• One (1) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Quickly learns new technology and processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising service quality
