Exception Tracking Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exception Tracking Specialist to manage client expectations and ensure timely order processing for exception curative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate orders for assigned exception curative accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products
• Prepare reports for coordination calls with clients and vendors regarding exception curing
• Coordinate across Production Divisions to ensure smooth order flow and prevent backlogs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant industry experience required
• Thorough knowledge of Trade Exceptions and/or Side-letter services
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Discoverer Reporting
• Ability to work outside of regular hours as needed
