Exceptions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exceptions Specialist I to ensure accurate fulfillment and approval of transportation service requests and reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate input and resolution of trip data in accordance with service guidelines
• Monitor and advise management on customer service and exception processing issues
• Manage the denial and appeal process for transportation service requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and follow complex processes
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
