Exchange Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exchange Operator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming exchange calls from providers, patients, and facilities
• Provide after-hours emergency call relay and referral services
• Document patient information for on-call provider dispatch

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is preferred
