Job Summary
Managing a defined North American account, the full-time Executive Account Manager will drive sales through direct customer engagement and distributor partnerships while overseeing pipeline development and quota attainment in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own account management and pipeline development, ensuring quota attainment and accurate territory forecasts
- Communicate and promote strategic initiatives, providing education and support to customers and distributors
- Design and execute technical pilots and POCs, translating outcomes into commercialization plans and sales enablement assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of channel or direct sales experience in retail technology, POS, payments, or adjacent B2B hardware/software
- Proven experience in designing and leading technical POCs/pilots with successful commercialization outcomes
- Strong presentation skills, particularly with C-suite and channel leadership
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for building executive dashboards and ROI analyses
